Everything is updated. I reporteed issue on FeedbackHub. Any idea how to troubleshoot this?
Windows 11 can't connect because you need a certificate to sign in

Windows 11 PCs should use user certificate to sign in to Enterprise WiFi using NPS. Connection attempt unsuccessfully ends with message "Can't connect because you need a certificate to sign in". No issues with Windows 10 same environment.
No logs on NPS - request does not come to NPS obviously.
If PC is connected to local network via wired connection, it can connect to WiFi.
All configuration is double checked (NPS, GPO), nothing detected. Same environment works fine on Win10.

Try run Windows Update and download and install all updates. -

2022-04-08T17:49:10.327+00:00 All servers (DC, NPS) are Windows Server 2019. Latest updates are installed. Also Win11 fully updated.

You have any feedback? We have the exact some issue, only we not using nps, but Cisco ISE. We have this issue since we upgraded to Windows 11, on windows 10 this setup was working several years...
Did you create any ticket on microsoft, where we can refer to since we also creating a ticket now?Thanks already.

2022-05-24T19:50:14.763+00:00 Issue was caused by GPO Policy which configured WiFi Profile. We did not manage to find out what was issue, we just disable policy and use manual WiFi config.
We did not create ticket on Microsoft.

2022-04-09T17:19:31.42+00:00 It could be a bug, I advise you to open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue and make sure share steps to reproduce the problem.
If possible, try restart the server and see if the problem persist.
Make sure update the Wi-Fi driver too.
