I cannot activate windows on my laptop

Hi,
I cannot activate the windows 11 pro in my laptop. When I click "change product key" in activation settings and enter my product key, it says "We can't activate Windows on this device as we can't connect to your organization's activation server. Make sure you're

connected to your organization's network and try again. If you continue having problems with activation, contact your

organization's support person. Error code: 0xC004F074". But I am not a part of any organization or anything. Why is this showing up ? and How do I activate my windows ?
I really appreciate any kind of help.

    This means that there were no preinstalled Windows on your laptop and a license should be purchased separately. If you do not have one, please purchase.

    When i run this command in windows powershell, it displays nothing. What should i do ?

    Run Windows Terminal, run

    powershell "(Get-WmiObject -query ‘select * from SoftwareLicensingService’).OA3xOriginalProductKey"

    command. Check if it shows a product key. If yes, you have a license but needs to reinstall Windows.

    Hi, Thanks for your reply. My laptop is Acer Nitro V15. In the website, it says windows 11 Home comes with it preinstalled. But I have windows 11 pro. I do not know how that happened. Also how do I check whether I have a license or not ?

    For home computer this error code says the activation and possibly installation were made illegally. This could do unfair seller, technician or any other person during computer repairing. Please, ask PC manufacturer whether it preinstalled Windows on this device. And if you don't have a license you need to buy one.
