How do I fix or resolve a total bluescreen on my PC? The PC isn't showing any inscription at all.

I tried restarting my PC for some installations then all of a sudden my PC screen just went blue completely without any inscription or writing showing on it, I tried several methods to reboot but it eventually return to complete blue screen mode with no inscription on it to read, the cursor to isn't showing, how do I resolve this?

    Thank you for your feedback. Based on your description, your computer may need a fresh install of Windows.Here are some troubleshooting options:

    1. you can try to see if you can enter safe mode:

    At the Windows logon screen, hold down the Shift key while selecting “Power > Restart”.

    After rebooting, > Restart > Startup Settings > “Advanced Options Troubleshooting ”

    Select 4 or 5.

    If it works, you can send me the dmp file. Under C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

    I will send you a private message, you can send it to me there.

    1. If none of the safe modes are accessible, it is recommended that you reinstall Windows using the USB installation media.

    Reinstall or clean install Windows 11 - Microsoft Community
