Hello, Golden Skae
Welcome to the Microsoft community.
Thank you for your feedback. Based on your description, your computer may need a fresh install of Windows. Here are some troubleshooting options:
- you can try to see if you can enter safe mode:
At the Windows logon screen, hold down the Shift key while selecting “Power > Restart”.
After rebooting, > Restart > Startup Settings > “Advanced Options Troubleshooting ”
Select 4 or 5.
If it works, you can send me the dmp file. Under C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP
I will send you a private message, you can send it to me there.
- If none of the safe modes are accessible, it is recommended that you reinstall Windows using the USB installation media.
