Hi Violet Chitauro.
Thank you for reaching out here in the Microsoft Community.
In your description, you expressed your confusion and frustration with hackers.
I do understand the frustration and frustration that hacking causes computer users.
There are many reasons why hackers attack other computers.
Some hackers may wish to steal sensitive information, such as bank accounts, passwords, identifying information, and so on. This information can be used to commit fraud, theft, or other illegal activities.
There are also some hackers or attackers who lack rational thinking and are more motivated by impulse or personal emotional factors, or just to simply spread certain malware or viruses.
These hackers and attackers are indeed annoying. They lack basic moral restraints and they don't consider the harm their actions can do to others. For these people, attacking other people's computers is merely a technical challenge or a means to gain profit. They also lack empathy and a sense of responsibility.
Therefore, as you use your computer, we recommend that you maintain some good habits to keep your computer safe and your information as secure as possible.
Please keep using security software such as Windows Security, or any other third-party security software that you trust, as much as possible, and use it to perform regular security scans of your computer.
For some of the accounts you use, please change your passwords regularly and be careful to use passwords that are complex and not too simple.
If you wish to further tip the security of your account then you can also add different authentication methods, some platforms even have double authentication that you can use to increase the security of your account.

Some countries and regions have specific cybercrime laws that can help victims track down attackers and take legal action.
If the hacker's attack has caused you damage, such as loss of property or disclosure of personal information, then you should also take legal action and report the incident to the police, and then take legal action to protect your property and safeguard your private information.
In order to minimize the loss as much as possible, we also suggest you to backup your data regularly and save your important data in some external drive or hard disk.
You can also use these backups to recover your files and data if an attack results in data loss.
It's my honor to provide you with some advice and I hope my efforts can bring you some convenience.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Best regards,
