The kit works for a few hours but then gets stuck on "Couldn't find the device" until you reboot the device's, Logitech support have said that this is a well know issue that Microsoft are aware of and that I should contact MS support, any ideas?

The account used is fully licensed, all firmware is up to date and all is wired up correctly.

TAP IP  is on latest firmware 1.14.181

Rally Bar is on latest firmware 1.14.180

We are having the same issue. The error message is just "Couldn't find the device" with loading screen. We are all on the most updated software and firmware

I'm having this same issue on the same hardware. If you tap on the settings icon in the top right on the "couldn't find device" screen, and then back out, does it reconnect for you? That is the only workaround I have found but I can't find a permanent fix to stop it from happening in the first place.

same as to my device, it requires to be rebooted in order to get the pairing working. no issues on connectivity.
