Hi MICHALÍK! My name is David. I am a user of Microsoft products like you, and it is a pleasure to greet you.

Regarding your question, it is important to know if your laptop has a dedicated graphics card or not. Press "Windows + X" and in the menu that appears, go to "Device Manager", there, look for "Display adapters" and expand it. You may find a reference to integrated graphics from Intel, AMD (both integrated and dedicated graphics), or NVIDIA as dedicated graphics.

This is important because depending on what you have, the process may vary. For example:

For NVIDIA, you can open the NVIDIA Control Panel and go to Manage 3D settings > Global Settings. Then you can change the Max Frame Rate to "Max".

For AMD, by downloading and installing "AMD Radeon Software", you can make this change from the Graphics section and disable the "Frame Rate Target Control (FRTC)" option.

For Intel integrated graphics, you can go to "Intel Graphics Settings" or "Intel Graphics Command Center". If you don't have the app, you can download and install it from the Microsoft Store. Here, go to Display or 3D, depending on the version, and disable the "Frame Rate Limit" option. Also, disable V-Sync if it is enabled.

In some cases, the Windows Game Mode can apply this FPS limit, so you can try disabling it. Go to Start > Settings > Gaming > Game Mode and turn off the "Game Mode" option.

Let me know if the shared information has been helpful. Regards.
