Why have all of my games suddenly started lagging

About a week ago I came home after school and tried to play one of my favorite games R6. But the first game I played every 5 seconds I would get a ping spike with latency, jittering, and some packet loss. I tried other games to make sure it wasn't just R6, and games like Rocket League and Fortnite were also very laggy. I have no clue why the lag might have started and I have watched so many youtube videos to try and resolve this issue and nothing has worked. I even put in 16gb more of RAM and that did not solve the issue. Everything else is fine, and the lag only happens while gaming, and my internet is fine and fast. All my drivers are updated as and have enough disk space. Someone help, this is getting annoying. Thank you

Hi, thank you for that information, as per checking and analyzing the logs there are multiple GameInput Service service errors, this issue occurs when there is a miscalibration with the display driver or a corrupted system file which is associated with Xbox and Microsoft store apps, for us to sort out the issue, kindly follow the steps below:

Let us run a clean installation of the AMD driver, this is different from doing DDU or updating the driver as this will remove all entries and replace them with compatible ones, kindly follow the steps from the link below:

Step 1. Completely uninstall the AMD GPU Driver using the steps from this link:

    https://www.amd.com/en/resources/support-articl...

Step 2. Reinstall the AMD Graphics driver using the steps from the link below:

Install AMD Radeon and automatically detect the AMD driver:

    Method 2. Do clean boot:

A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

    • In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.
    • On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.
    • Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.
    • Close Task Manager.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.

Hi Festa, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today, my timezone is UTC +8.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to assist, does it work fine before? Have you noticed any changes before the issue started? and have you installed any hardware or software that may trigger the issue? while waiting for your response, can you please check the System logs on the PC so that I can further examine what is the root cause of the issue?

To do this kindly follow the steps from this link:
