Hello Teams Community

Please i need your help on this.

How do i make international calls on my Microsoft teams?

I can only make domestic calls but i can't make international calls.

So please How can i make international Calls on Microsoft Teams

    Hi @IBN ,

    From you description, are you using Microsoft Phone System with Calling Plan to connect to the PSTN?

    If this is the case and your users need international calling as well, you would need to buy an International Calling Plan and it can be added to a user who currently holds a Domestic Calling Plan. Or you can use the Domestic and International Calling Plan instead. For more information, hopefully you can find the documents below helpful:

    I have the same Problem, direct routing to a sip provider.
    local calls in my country are ok, international calls are not forwardet to the sip provider :-(
