Hello, I need help. My USB Flash Drive is damaged and stuck in RAW format. I used Ventoy to install Windows on another PC, and after formatting the USB Flash Drive, this problem occurred. As shown in the video, I tried formatting it in two ways, but as soon as I attempt to format, the partition disappears and gets removed from Disk Management.

If those commands failed to resolve the problem, then that drive has failed, it will not be recoverable, USB flash drives are very volatile and can fail at any time.

Thanks for the help, but I had already tried this method before writing on the Microsoft Community. I'm just getting an error:

DiskPart has encountered an error: Incorrect function.

See the System Event Log for more information.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Open Command Prompt as Administrator.

Run this command and hit Enter:

    diskpart

Run this command and hit Enter:

    list disk

(Make note of the disk number of that USB flash drive and enter it into the next command - replace X)

Run this command and hit Enter:

    select disk X

Run this command and hit Enter:

    clean

Then close Command Prompt, then please provide a screenshot of the Disk Management window.
