Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.
I suggest not using third-party software like CCleaner to update your computer's drivers. This type of software causes more problems than it helps. It often ends up installing an incompatible driver.
Always install drivers downloaded from the computer manufacturer's website, using driver update software provided by the computer manufacturer or Windows Update. It's also fine to use the Intel Driver & Support Assistant.
If the manufacturer's app indicates that there are no updates available for the drivers, it means your drivers are already up to date.
Disregard the warning from the CCleaner, as it might be a false detection. If you attempt to use it to update a driver, it could result in system instability or cause certain computer features to stop functioning.
You only need to update drivers if you're experiencing a problem. If your PC is functioning well, there's no need to worry about driver updates. The only exception is the graphics driver, which should be kept up to date—but only if you play games.
