Hi wilmar! Thanks for staying in touch. If the command I provided didn’t work, I can recommend the following procedure:
- Check if, upon entering the product key on one of your PCs, the option for "Online Activation" or "Phone Activation" appears. If the first option doesn’t work and redirects you to phone activation, this should enable a visual menu to view the activation phone number, the Installation ID, and the field to enter the Confirmation ID.
- If the above doesn’t work, you can open CMD as an administrator and then execute the following command:
slmgr /dti
This command will display the Installation ID. After that, you will need to call Microsoft’s activation service by phone. If you are in the USA, the number is (855) 801-0109.
There, you will be asked for the Installation ID, and you will be provided with the Confirmation ID. Make sure to write it down and then enter it using the following command in CMD:
slmgr /atp (Confirmation ID)
Replace "(Confirmation ID)" with the Confirmation ID that is provided to you. You will need to repeat this process for each of your licenses and on each of your PCs.
In this case, keep in mind that there is no other way to obtain the Confirmation ID, as this is the method officially provided by Microsoft. You can verify this through the following article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/pro...
Let me know if the shared information has been helpful. Regards.
