How can I fix a missing XAPOFX1_5.dll file?

I was trying to install and play Valorant on my computer, however, an error message keeps popping up that says my computer is missing an XAPOFX1_5.dll file. I've attached a screenshot of the error

Hi ,

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

Open the on command(admin) prompt and run the commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth , wait for the process to finish and restart the PC.

Reinstall using Visual C++ AIO after download extract the install.bat file right click run as administrator.

Install Directx Offline on link:

Run the file extract in a folder then access the folder where you extracted directx and run DXSetup.exe
