I haven been struggling to make my Widget/MS Start Feed Board behave in a proper way.
I have tried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling the Web Experience Pack. Still same behavior. The only "workaround" I have found so far, is disabling the MS Start Feed part. Then the Widget Board behaves nice calm. Slides out with no flicker on hover and back again when.mouse removed. However, I need some of the feeds. Those cannot be added as a Widget.
Everything works beautifully on my wife's Laptop. We both have a Lenovo Thinkpad.
Please help me solve this annoying behavior!

Hello again Siva,
I followed your instructions to the very point. I noticed that the folder LocalState contained a lot of subfolders, however I deleted everything in the LocatState folder. Did a reboot and activated the Widget feature in Settings -> Taskbar.
Sorry to say the issue persist: The MS Feed section still flickers twice, upon launch. The hover configuration is a headache: It makes the Widget Board (MS Feeds to be correct) slide out producing the annoying flicker (like loading twice, on top of each other) but when I remove the mouse from the board, it should slide back to the right (disappear) but I have to clock more that two times outside the Board to make it close down. Siva, this is incredible annoying.
I did uninstall the Web Experience Pack and reinstalled it from Microsoft Store, prior to this the other day. The only way to get some peace is to disable the MS Start Feeds and only run the Widget Board. Here thinks work as per design...
Can you still help me with the described issue(s)
