How do I change my password on my PC?

I am trying to reset my password for logging into my laptop. I need help resetting the password. Please and thank you.

    If you log into Windows 11 with a Microsoft Account, use the steps on this page:

    If you log into Windows 11 with a Local Account, use the steps on this page:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/res...

    If neither of the above works for you, then because this is a Microsoft Forum it is against the Code of Conduct for us to provide a method to bypass a Windows 11 Password, I hope you understand.

    The options you then have is to Reset Windows 11, or clean install Windows 11 from a bootable USB
