Hi, I have a Learning centre page with links to various Microsoft Videos which are now showing Playback error. Is there any way that these videos can be accessed. I can see that on some applications the videos link to Copilot but it will be a while until we get this as we are still in the pilot stage. Our users still appreciate the older videos

I'm having this same issue with all links to Microsoft video tutorials. Previous video links are broken and this error message is presented, no matter the device, operating system, network, etc.

It appears current videos are going through a new video player. The "Share" link in the current video version now directs viewers to the actual website of Microsoft's article, instead of allowing the video to be embedded in a custom tutorial.

This is a major disruption to all custom tutorials that directs people to Microsoft's support videos.

The only way to replace them is with Youtube links uploaded by Microsoft, if they exist.

    Dear whittsICB,

    Thank you for reaching out!

I understand that you're experiencing playback errors with videos on your Learning Centre page. To help you troubleshoot this issue, could you please provide a bit more information?

    1. Is it possible for you to share the URL link to one of the videos that is showing the playback error?
    2. Are you using a browser to play the video? If so, could you let me know which browser you're using?

Once I have these details, I will be able to test the video playback and explore possible solutions to ensure your users can access the videos without issues.

    Looking forward to your response!

    Best Regards,

Martin | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
