2025-03-05T19:10:29+00:00 Thanks Ivan,
>>Component Package Support Server is a legitimate file on Windows.
Can you be more specific? Is it a Microsoft application installed by Windows 10?
Does anyone have a more complete list of third party apps that use this? I do not have WinSCP installed, nor Chromium.
As I always do, I watch Task Manager like a hawk. This only recently ran for the first time since building this machine a few years ago.

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.
It is originally located in the path “C:\Windows\System32”. While using some applications it may be triggered.
Component Package Support Server is a legitimate file on Windows.
Apparently it is a system that features components for third-party programs such as WinSCP or Chromium among others.
Hope this helps.
