Hi qeo, hope you're doing well. I'm Ian, and I'm happy to help you today.
If you don’t want to keep resetting your entire firewall configuration, you can create a specific allow rule for the SoundCloud CDN addresses.
- Press Win + R, type wf.msc, and press Enter. To open Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security
- Click Outbound Rules (on the left).
- In the right pane, click New Rule then select Custom, and click Next.
- In Program, choose All Programs, click Next
- In Protocol and Ports, choose Any, click Next
- In Scope, in the Remote IP addresses section, select These IP addresses and then Add each of the SoundCloud CDN IPs you listed (e.g., 3.169.71.4, 3.169.71.98, 3.169.71.72, 3.169.71.46) the click Next.
- In Action, choose Allow the connection. Click Next.
- In Profile, check the profiles you use (typically Domain, Private, and/or Public) the click Next.
- Give it a descriptive name, like “Allow SoundCloud CDN,” then click Finish.
I hope this helps, but please let me know if you need anything else.
