How do i resolve my issue with epic games launcher not opening up due to two dll file errors?

I have an Acer predator PHN18-71, recently reset the PC to try see if firstly, Bsod would stop, which happens to my laptop occasionally, for unkown reasons, some have occurred after opening playstation remote play, connecting to ps5 and playing for a few minutes, and some have occurred direclty after restarts, but now a new issue has arisen; after resetting my pc, i was installing my apps again, I installed the epic games launcher again, as it was lost in the PC reset, and everytime i try to open it there is an error message saying that there are two .dll files that were not made to be used on windows, XINPUT1_3.DLL and another, D3DCOMPILER_43.dll. Two separate error messages. I have tried deleting each, reinstalling using directx websetup, restarting between each uninstall of each different dll file, nothing changed. I tried uninstalling epic games launcher and reinstalling it after having reinstalled each dll file, nothing changed. I have tried verifying system files, in which there were some corrupt and were also fixed using the comand prompt, but after restarting, still, nothing changed. I would appreciate some help on the matter. :)

    Hi ,

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

Open the command prompt (admin) again and run the command: Sfc /scannow and wait for the process to finish and restart the computer

This can usually occur due to a failure with the video driver. In this case, I recommend uninstalling the video drivers from your laptop and installing the latest ones, then installing Visual C++ from the link below:

Thank you, Ivan. My issue was fixed, and I'm able to use the Epic Games launcher now. :)
