What I don't get is this .. If you're gonna make a new fancy context menu (which I honestly think looks pretty good, better than the one before) why not put all the functions for "Other options". Why press that to create the menu from the previous version ? Don't get it.

    Not helpful "advisor".

The folder refresh is in the secondary context menu, accessed thru 'show more options'.

Win11 has regressed in useful functionality. Same with picking a file(s) and using context menu. You have to go thru 'show more ...' to pick the print function.

On my Acer laptop, I had to click Fn+F5. F5 by itself made the display dimmer.

On your laptop, Fn+F5 is F5. You can switch that around in the BIOS on most laptops.

After updating to Win11, I immediately re-installed my Win10 right-click menu. The Win11 is pretty and all but why change a winning formula? User Needs anyone? (Do developers not seek beginner, intermediate and expert user feedback before rolling out change anymore? Are we users - aka customers with $$ - just a bothersome hindrance now?)

HI, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

In File Explorer, you can press F5 or use the Refresh option on the right click context menu to refresh the view.

Are you experiencing refresh problem in File Explorer, and if so, is that affecting one specific folder like the Downloads or Desktop folder, or is this happening in all folders?
