To be able to help you assertively, I need more information.
If you already have an external speaker, does it have a jack connector P2 (two black or white lines), P3 (three black or white lines), or a USB connector?
Also, share a screenshot of your system information.
- Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.
Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

- Wired - if so: analog? USB?
- Bluetooth?
- How many speakers: left & right only? subwoofer? surround sound?
Did the speakers come with any kind of instructions?
