How do i open Microsoft store on my new pc?

I can't get the Microsoft store to open.

Including these other pre-installed apps too.

Snipping tool

Microsoft Photos

Xbox

Outlook

Microsoft Clip Champ

Camo Studios

Window Calculator

Some of these apps including the Microsoft store show on the start menu but when I click them nothing happens.

I reset my compute multiple times, and it hasn't fixed the issue.

i have also tried various other methods like resetting/repair but nothing changed same with sfc /scannow and

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth while wsreset.exe only shows an error saying windows cant access the specific device, path or file

and powershell "Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}" only gets this error.

Add-AppxPackage : Cannot find path 'C:\AppXManifest.xml' because it does not exist.

Thank you for letting me know.

Could you tell me when this issue first started? Also, are you able to open any other apps, or is it just the ones you mentioned that are giving you trouble?

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Are you experiencing this issue while logged into an admin account or a local account?

If you're using an admin account, please try running the DISM and SFC commands again. If you encounter any error messages, could you please capture a screenshot and share it with me?

    Here are the steps:

Run DISM and SFC command to automatically repair and restore any potential system file issues. Steps 2 to 5 can be found here: https://support.microsoft.com/windows/using-sys...

    > After running DISM and SFC command, perform a hard shutdown (not restart). Before proceeding with the steps below, please ensure that you've saved any unsaved tasks or documents.

    Perform hard shutdown:

    > Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds, or until the screen turns off, release the power button and wait for about 30 seconds.

    > After 30 seconds, press the power button again to turn on your device.

Let me know how it goes or if there's any error messages.

Click "Reply" below to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

Have you already set your PC up and created a Microsoft Account? Have you looked at All Apps and tried opening apps there? What is the make and model of your computer?
