None of the steps you performed would have deleted the data from the drives.

In the Boot Priority list, do you see 'Windows Boot Manager' as an option to set as the primary boot device?
If you do, set that as the primary boot device to see if oyu an boot up Windows on your system

If that did not resolve the problem, in BIOS, you can toggle on/off the CSM Support setting to toggle between UEFI BIOS mode and Legacy BIOS mode, try each to see if you can get the system drive to boot up.
