I keep getting these notifications on my Google Chrome notifications. How do I clear these and protect myself

I tried downloading a book from a trusted site but it seems the link redirected to a unsafe site that tried to harm my computer. I ran a virus scan and no spyware, malware, virus or anything of that sort was detected but the notifications keep coming

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

It is quite possible that it is an adware notification. If possible, access Chrome and remove the sites that you do not identify from the notifications. The second option would be to check with Adwcleaner from Malwarebytes.

Chrome/Edge

Open Google Chrome /Edge, enter chrome://settings/content/notifications or edge://settings/content/notifications in the URL bar, then press Enter.

A list of sites permitted to send notifications is listed below the Allow heading.

Click the triple-dot icon beside the site for which you wish to modify notifications.

Click Remove to stop the site from sending notifications.

But in this case you can be sure by downloading AdwCleaner from Malwarebytes itself and doing an analysis to make sure that all of it has been removed.
