How do i change the game bar keybinds or open settings?

When i press shift the bar keeps opening and i dont see anything called settings. Im trying to fix for hours. I pressed windows+g but when i changed some settings it stood the same

    Some games block keys, so your custom keyboard shortcuts might not work with these games.

    To use Game Bar with any game, check for updates and install the latest version of Game Bar:
