Trying to update my Windows 10 to 22H2 from 19H1 but each time it fails and gives me 0xc1900101

(Sorry for double spaces, my spacebar broke.)
(Also, sorry if some things sound weird, I'm Polish, so I'm translating these into English.)
As said in the title, when I try to update my PC's Windows, it gives me the blue loading screen saying that it's updating. Afterwards it asks me to choose a keyboard layout, and after I do it gives me two options: to turn off the PC or to go into advanced settings. When I go into the advanced settings it gives me 5 choices and I choose the first one which is "Computer repair during restart" or something like that. Then it gives me a black screen and a loading wheel saying "Diagnosing the computer" and after thinking for a while it spills out a
Startup Repair could not repair your computer

Log file: (there's just nothing here)

The thing also is that I'm a huge data hoarder and I'm scared of losing all my data by doing something wrong and i have thousands upon thousands of images on the disk. I thought also the problem might have been occuring due to the lack of storage space on the said disk (I had like 5 GB free), so I freed it up to 40 GBs (I got info that 16-32GB is plenty) and ran the update again today but to no avail.

At this point I'm desperate, help out please.

PS. I don't want Windows 11

Yes. But the ESU program (a paid program) will be available after support for Windows 10 ends. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/whats-new/extended-security-updates

    Hi,

As 19H1 was released six years ago, your best option might be to backup your data to an external drive and do a clean installation.

Or, run the 22H2 Media Creation Tool and do an in-place upgrade with the "Keep personal files" option. Your apps, settings, and drivers will be wiped out, though.

    1. Download Windows 10 Media Creation Tool (MCT) from this link:

    https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=2265055

    1. Run MCT and accept the license agreement.

    1. Click "Upgrade this PC now". This starts the repair installation.

FYI, Windows 10 support ends on October 14, 2025.
