Hi, I'm Estrella. I'll do my best to help you.

Due to the requirement for security features like Virtualization-Based Security (VBS), which are absent in older CPUs, installing Windows 11 on these unsupported processors may result in unstable security and performance without any guarantees.

You can use the Microsoft Feedback Hub (press Windows key + F) to request inclusion. However, it is not guaranteed that it will be added, as I believe the decision on the supported hardware requirements for Windows 11 is already final.

If you still want to upgrade to Windows 11, there are unofficial tutorials on how to do this. However, I do not recommend it, and Microsoft also does not recommend it to avoid potential issues in the future.
