DISM Error 0x800f081f While Using install.wim for Windows 11 Home Repair

Hi everyone, Because of my computer was having frequent blue screen errors and neither virus scan, nor chkdsk commands, nor sfc scan commands were fixing that, I’m trying to repair my pc using DISM and a mounted ISO file (newly uploaded from the official website) . The system version is Windows 11 Home, and the install.wim file includes the correct edition (Index 1 – Windows 11 Home).

Here’s the command I used:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:E:\sources\install.wim:1 /LimitAccess

but I keep getting this error: Error: 0x800f081f The source files could not be found. The the file path is correct. I also tried without the index and without source key, and even used PowerShell, but nothing helped. And I should note that my internet connection is fine, windows update is open on my computer. and I ran both cmd and powershell as administrator

by the way, I did not destroy the ssd and ram, they work normally, they pass the tests with good results

Any ideas on how I can fix this? Thanks in advance!

    There were drive problems seen in the collected files.

    There were many corruption reports.

    The best option is to manually backup important files and replace the disk drive.

    The BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends International, LLC. F17b, 09.08.2023

    Upgrade the BIOS to the most up to date non-beta BIOS.

    I also want to write down some system errors that I remember. because I think I am getting these blue screen errors.

    1. screen brightness changes by itself sometimes
    2. I can't change the screen brightness.
    3. microphone doesn't work. bluetooth dongle disappears when I try to use it.
    4. clipboard does not work
    5. in google chrome, after these blue screen errors, when I enter the sites, the sites ask me to log in again every time.

    I don't think these errors are a bottleneck problem either, because when I installed this system a few years ago, everything worked normally.

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Your minidump files just indicate generic memory (RAM) corruption no specific cause of the crashes is listed

    To try to force Windows to show any faulting drivers, the best option would be to turn on Driver Verifier, let your PC crash 3 times, then you must turn off Driver Verifier, and finally, upload any newly created minidump files

    Before you run Driver Verifier, please create a new System Restore Point

    Note, if you have any difficulty getting into Windows with Driver Verifier enabled:

    Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

    On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

    Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart

    Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode

    Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run these two commands, then restart your PC.

    verifier /reset

    verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail
