Being beyond frustrated!!

My Dell laptop is stuck in a loop, right after I log in the machine does not complete loading. It is in a loop of about 32 seconds. I do not have Taskbar, Windows explorer or any function past logging in.

I have tried ALL resources, SFC/DSIM/RESET/RESTARTS/ etc that have been posted the last 3 months since this POS upgrade has been on my computer.

Nothing works. I have KBs trying to download when the history shows they are already installed.

I cannot reset my OS, File not Found or error codes.

I get most services by using the RUN option, using WIN+R, but they seem limited.

I can work on the computer but when the loop resets i lose the work i did just before it loops and my screen resets(stuff moves) to where it was just before the reset. such as: I'm moving my browser from left to right( I have to keep it not full screen) it will move back to where it was just before the loop started.

other words::: I cannot do anything to clear this mess up.

any help??

Just give me simple directions, either cmd or whatever, to uninstall this 24H2.

I cannot even use Snipping Tool, No icon to click on the Taskbar which is also not showing. I have to get it by WINDOW KEY+SHIFT+S.

It comes up but when the loop cycles back it disappears.

The MAIN problem I have, which is the 1st thing I have to correct,

is once I sign in to Windows my profile does not completely load, as my Taskbar and Window(File) Explorer do not load, no start menu, no nothing of my settings except my background theme.

My settings for Power and screen timeouts do not work, nothing which refers to MY settings is not loaded, it loops around after 32 seconds, back to where I just logged in.

But MOST system settings are there, except for most I have to use RUN to open them.

BTW, I did another profile and same stuff.

    Hello, FYI

1: Turn off your Dell laptop.
2: Turn it back on, and when you see the Dell logo, hold down the power button until it turns off again.

Tried several times on several occasions, Does not work

3: Repeat 2-3 times until the "Preparing Automatic Repair" screen appears.

Tried several times on several occasions, Does not work, Had to use from Settings/System/Recovery/Advanced Startup

4: When the Recovery screen appears, select:
5: Advanced Options > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Uninstall Updates
6: Choose "Uninstall latest feature update" (this should remove 24H2).

          24H2 is not an option

    7: Restart your PC.

    Hello ,

I’m here to help you in resolving your issue

If you are facing the issue after 24H2 update, then you can roll back to previous version . Go to Settings - System - Recovery - click on Go back option under Recovery Options.

If the option is grayed out then roll back time period expires ( Usually you will have 10 days time to roll back )

After trying above steps, please reach out to me if you have any doubts or issues
