So I've been wanting to play bedrock so i can unlock the new capes i keep getting the error code: Drowned when clicking on sign in. I've done so much to fix it and it still wont work, I've restarted my computer, cleared my temp folder, uninstalled and reinstalled it 1000 times it feels like, launched it with the xbox app and Microsoft store. I've tried everything i could think of and it still wont work. I have no clue what to do now

    Hey Stich!

Nice to meet you! I'm Darhyl, an Independent Advisor. I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Minecraft.

Based on the error codes you provided, kindly perform the following workarounds according to the official Minecraft website: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/29...

Note: You may skip the parts if you have done them already.

    "1. Refresh your Windows/Xbox sign-in:

Launch Minecraft or exit to the launch screen.

    Click on Settings.

    Click on Account.

Click on Manage Account in the Account Settings.

Click on your profile name in the Xbox companion app and select Sign out.

Click on Sign in where your profile name was and reenter your Microsoft account information.

    1. Update to latest version https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/25...

Refer to the resources below for instructions on how to manually update your game. Remember to restart after updating.

    Go to the Start Menu.

Right click on the Minecraft Launcher.

    Select More.

    Open App Settings.

Within these settings, click on Repair and Reset.

If your launcher update stalls, you can reset the Microsoft Store using these steps:

Press the Windows key + R simultaneously.

A window will appear. Type in WSReset and hit enter.

    1. Change your sign-in credentials

    Close Minecraft.

Change your Microsoft account password. https://account.live.com/password/reset

Launch Minecraft and sign in again with your new password."

If the issue persists, I highly recommend you reach out directly to Mojang Support for further assistance as they have the tools and resources to properly investigate this case:
