There may still be some corrupted files on the system or corrupted files from the Zoom and Google Chrome installations.
I suggest you use the system file checker to repair possible corrupted system files.
- Open Start and type cmd, right-click on "Command Prompt", and select "Run as administrator".
- Run the following commands at the Command Prompt one at a time:
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
sfc /scannow
Note: Pay close attention to the results of the commands. This will help you determine whether the procedure was completed successfully or if there was a problem. If you get any errors, let me know the error message that was displayed.
- Restart the PC and see if the problem is resolved.
If the problem persists, reinstall Zoom and Google Chrome.
