    Hello

Thank you for posting this issue on community forum.

It sounds like your new laptop is stuck in a parental consent loop because the device is set up with child account restrictions—even if you’re the only user.

Please try accessing your family settings from another device by signing in at the official Microsoft Family page: https: Microsoft Family Safety | Microsoft 365. In the family dashboard, ensure your Microsoft account is set up as an adult account.

If it’s mistakenly configured as a child account, remove or adjust the restrictions to restore normal sign-in functionality.

If you’re still unable to sign in after updating your family settings, please restart your laptop and, if possible, boot into Safe Mode.
Within Safe Mode, go to Settings > Accounts > Family & other users to verify and correct your account type or parental control settings.

For additional troubleshooting steps regarding sign-in issues, please refer to the official Microsoft support guide: Account has been locked - Microsoft Support

    Appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Sincerely,
    John | Microsoft Community Moderator.
