how do I remove a performance tracking overlay?

i have this little performance overlay in the top right corner of my screen looks like this

FPS N/A | GPU % | CPU % | LAT N/A

i hit all the buttons and its still there please help.

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    There are many utilities that may produce that overlay.

    Try pressing Alt + R or Alt + Z to see if either removes the overlay.

    If not, please provide a screenshot of that performance overlay you are seeing on your screen, so I can work out what is generating it and provide you with a solution.
