It is relatively safe to delete what's Inside that Folder.

    Some may not delete.

That's because they are still being used.

    Location:

It's typically located in the user's profile directory under C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\Temp.

    Cleanup:

Ideally, applications should delete these temporary files when they are no longer needed, but sometimes this doesn't happen, leading to a buildup of files.

    Performance and Space:

Regularly cleaning out the AppData/Local/Temp folder can help free up disk space and potentially improve system performance.

If you cant find that Folder it is because it is check marked Hidden.

One must unhide it first for it to be seen.

This can be done in File Explorer Options > View > and select Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives.

Do not delete the FOLDER ITSELF as it is required.

You can delete what's inside it.
