xeno executor client attach issue

so basically when I got xeno executor it attached perfectly when i loaded it on my main account for the first time but when i logged out and logged into my alt account it does not attach and shows red dot why is this if yall know then pls let me know

    Hi Era,

    It sounds like the tool isn’t getting the same permissions on your alt account. A common fix is to run the executable as an administrator. Right-click the Xeno Executor client on your alt account and select “Run as administrator” to see if that lets it attach properly.

    If that doesn’t work, it may be that the software has built‑in account restrictions that only allow it to attach on the account where it was first used. Since Xeno Executor isn’t a Microsoft product, further troubleshooting might require checking with the developer’s support channels.
