Hello, I'm Quinn, and I'm glad to help.
You can access the BIOS through UEFI settings:
- Go to 'Settings' > 'Update & Security' > 'Recovery'.
- Under 'Advanced Startup', click 'Restart Now'.
- Select 'Troubleshoot' > 'Advanced Options' > 'UEFI Firmware Settings', then click 'Restart'.
Alternatively:
- Press 'Windows + R', type shutdown /r /fw, and hit 'Enter'.
- Your PC should restart straight into BIOS. If it doesn't, something might be blocking UEFI handoff.
If all else fails:
- Power off the PC completely and unplug it, then hold the power button for 10 seconds.
- Remove the CMOS battery, a coin-cell battery on your motherboard.
- Wait 5-10 minutes to clear BIOS/UEFI settings.
- Put the CMOS battery back into the motherboard and then try booting the PC.
This will fully reset BIOS settings, including boot order, Secure Boot, and possibly TPM/BitLocker. Try to boot With Minimal Peripherals. Disconnect everything except the keyboard, monitor, and power cable. Power on the system and try pressing F2 again to access the BIOS.
