Hi, I am an Independent Advisor.
Let me help you with this issue.
I understand you have an unknown app on your machine.
Please try Autoruns.
Download Autoruns from this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/...
Extract the downloaded ZIP file.
Run Autoruns.exe as an administrator (right-click and select "Run as administrator").
After Autoruns loads, it will display various tabs showing startup items from different sources (e.g., Logon, Services, Scheduled Tasks).
Logon Tab: This is where the most common startup programs are listed.
Other tabs like Services, Scheduled Tasks, and Drivers may also contain items that run on startup.
To disable an item, simply uncheck the box next to it. This will prevent it from starting automatically, but the entry remains.
To delete an item permanently, right-click on the entry and select Delete.
Before deleting, check where the file belongs; if it looks suspicious, you can delete it.
