    Hello ,

I’m here to help you in resolving your issue

    1. Boot into Advanced Startup Options.
    2. Navigate to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt.
    3. In the Command Prompt, run:

    sfc /scannow

    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Outdated or corrupt drivers can cause the kernel security check failure. Try booting into Safe Mode if possible and update drivers:

    1. In Advanced Startup Options, choose Startup Settings, then select Safe Mode.
    2. Once in Safe Mode, go to Device Manager and look for any devices with a yellow exclamation mark.
    3. Right-click and choose Uninstall driver.
    4. Restart your PC

If the issue started recently, you can restore your system to an earlier working state:

    1. Boot into Advanced Startup Options and select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > System Restore.
    2. Follow the prompts to restore from a previous restore point where your system was working fine.

After trying above steps, please reach out to me if you have any doubts or issues

It turns out I can access recovery boot options but it takes about 10 minutes to load
