    Hello!

    If none of the keys work, follow the steps below.

    • Check if the USB Receiver is properly connected.
    • Change the USB Receiver to the USB Port. If you are using a Desktop, place the receiver in the Rear USB. Do not place it in the Front USB.
    • Replace the keyboard battery with a new one.
    • Check if the keyboard's Power button is on or in the correct position.
    • Test on another computer to confirm that the keyboard is working.
