Hello, Sanjay Sapara.
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Thank you for your feedback on the issue.
I have noticed that you have been experiencing this error almost every 2 days or so recently.
According to the error message you provided, this is usually a blue screen error (BSOD) caused by a problem with the system software or hardware. When this error occurs, the system will automatically reboot to try to fix the problem.
Possible causes of this problem include:
- Hardware failure: such as memory, hard disk, and other hardware problems.
- Driver conflicts: Some incompatible or faulty drivers may cause the system to crash.
- System file corruption: Problems with Windows system files.
To solve this problem, you can try the following methods.
1. Update the system and drivers to the latest version. This can fix some known problems.
2. Use the Troubleshooter tool to test the hard disk and memory.
Search for cmd and run it in administrator mode.
Type chkdsk c: /f
Wait for the check to complete and see if the problem is checked and fixed.
Disclaimer: Run chkdsk to check the file system and file system metadata of a volume for logical errors and physical errors. To avoid causing unnecessary trouble, please follow the above steps step by step and do not interrupt or cancel during the run and make a backup of important data.
Tap Windows+R, type MdSched, tap Enter to open the Memory Diagnostic Tool.
Tap Reboot Now and check the problem Follow the prompts to check, wait for it to complete and check the report to see if there is any problem detected.
3. Perform a clean boot
The method is as follows
- Tap Windows+R and type msconfig
- Open System Configuration and select General tab - Selective Startup.
- Remove the checkbox of Load startup items.
- Go to the Services tab - click Hide all Microsoft services in the lower left corner, and then click Disable all.
- Click OK and restart your computer. (Be sure to select Hide all Microsoft services first and then click Disable all, otherwise it may cause unforeseen problems such as not being able to access the system.)
See if the problem still recurs.
Disclaimer: Clean boot is a way to start Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine if background programs are interfering with your games or programs and help you figure out the cause of the problem. It will help you get back on track.
4. Try to repair the system
- Search for CMD, find the command prompt, and choose to run in administrator mode.
- Enter the following commands one by one, make sure to execute the next command after the previous one is completed.
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
SFC /Scannow
- After the scanning is completed, you can check the scanning information to see if the problem has been detected and fixed.
If the problem disappears during the above two steps, please try to remove the installed antivirus software/system optimization software/system monitoring software on your computer one by one until the problem disappears.
These are some of the solutions for the blue screen problem.
Also, you can try to provide your blue screen log file as follows:
- First, right-click "This computer" and open "Properties".
- Then open the "Advanced System Settings".
- Click on "Settings" for Startup and Failure Recovery.
- Once inside, you can see the blue screen file under "Dump Files". (%SystemRoot%MEMORY.DMP)
- After viewing, just click the windows key to search for MEMORY.DMP can be found.
You can send the log file to the thread, and I will always be there to support you.
Best Regards.
