    Hi Lara,

    Thank you for your response, No one can access your account here on our end, If you wanted to cancel your subscription you can contact our live support so that they can cancel it for you from their end.

    Alas, no one here can access your account. We're not Microsoft, we're users like yourself trying to help each other. Your account should go away all by itself after two years.

    Most Microssoft accounts are free. If you log into https://account.microsoft.com/servicees, do you see any subscriptions?

    Thank you for using Microsoft products and making community posts.

    Here’s how you can cancel your Microsoft subscription:

    1. Log Into Your Account:
      • Go to the Microsoft Account Services Page and sign in with the account tied to your subscription.
    2. Find Your Subscription:
      • Under "Services & Subscriptions," locate the subscription you want to cancel.
    3. Select Manage:
      • Click the Manage button next to the subscription to open the settings.
    4. Cancel Subscription:
      • Look for the option to Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing.
      • Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.
    5. Review Terms:
      • Decide whether you'd like to cancel immediately or let the subscription run until the end of the billing period.

    If you will still any issues with canceling the subscription you can now contact our live support to cancel it from out end.
