    Here's how to get your DVD/CD-ROM drive working:

    1. Press Win + X, then select "Device Manager".
    2. Look under DVD/CD-ROM drives to see if the drive is listed.
    3. In Device Manager, right-click the DVD drive and select Update driver > Search automatically for drivers.
    4. Alternatively, go to Settings > Windows Update and check for updates to install missing drivers.

    (Optional) Check the Manufacturer’s Website:

    1. In Device Manager, right-click the DVD drive under DVD/CD-ROM drives, select Properties, then go to the Details tab.
    2. Select Device Description to find the make and model (e.g., Dell, ASUS, Samsung). You can also check the label on the drive.
    3. Visit the manufacturer's website, go to the Support or Downloads section, search for your model, download the driver, and follow the installation instructions.

    After installation, test the drive by inserting a disc to check if it works properly.

    Hei, jeg heter Quinn, og jeg hjelper deg gjerne.

    Slik får du DVD/CD-ROM-stasjonen til å fungere:

    1. Trykk Win + X, og velg deretter "Enhetsbehandling".
    2. Se under DVD/CD-ROM-stasjoner for å se om stasjonen er oppført.
    3. I Enhetsbehandling høyreklikker du på DVD-stasjonen og velger Oppdater driver > Søk automatisk etter drivere.
    4. Alternativt kan du gå til Innstillinger > Windows Update og se etter oppdateringer for å installere manglende drivere.

    (Valgfritt) Sjekk produsentens nettsted:

    1. Høyreklikk på DVD-stasjonen under DVD/CD-ROM-stasjoner i Enhetsbehandling, velg Egenskaper, og gå deretter til fanen Detaljer.
    2. Velg Enhetsbeskrivelse for å finne merke og modell (f.eks. Dell, ASUS, Samsung). Du kan også sjekke etiketten på stasjonen.
