I've done those steps and it's gives me this blue screen still.
How do I fix the infinite 'Your PC Ran into a problem, we'll restart for you' loop on windows 11 hp Model 15
I've been experiencing an infinite 'your PC ran into a problem, well restart for you' loop and I tried everything, shutting down my PC, letting the battery drain, and even checked if the parts were damaged in the mother board or disconnected which they weren't, I've tried looking up on YouTube but no tutorial helped. I was wondering if anyone has answers or can help me out?
I use a windows 11 HP Model 15 laptop if anyone is wondering.

2025-05-23T20:19:34+00:00 To create a bootable USB drive or ISO file, you will need another computer, as you can use that to reinstall Windows. You can ask a friend or family member for help, it will only take about an hour to create. Please check the video below:
Note: Do not include Step 7.

2025-05-22T08:58:32+00:00 Thanks for your reply. If you’ve already tried everything and are still experiencing the same issue, your last resort would be to perform a clean installation of your Windows OS. This will wipe your system and address more advanced issues.
Find an empty USB drive with at least 8 GB of space and a working computer, then follow the steps below:
- Click this link: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/win...
Under Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO), Click on "Download tool now."
- Run the tool, create a bootable USB drive or ISO file, and deselect the 'Use the recommended options for this PC' box to choose the correct language and edition.
Detailed steps here: https://www.elevenforum.com/t/create-windows-11...
Once the process is done:
- Connect the installation media to your PC.
- Start your PC and press any key to continue. Click Next > Click Install Now.
- When the Windows Setup starts, follow the on-screen instructions.
Note: If prompted for a product key, click 'I do not have a product key' and then click Next.
Make sure you install the same edition of Windows 11 (Home or Pro) that you previously had installed to avoid activation issues.

Have you already tried going to WinRE and using the options there, such as System Repair, System Restore, etc.?
Following the steps below should let you access the recovery menu to fix the issue.
- If your PC is on, turn it off by holding and pressing the power button for 5-10 seconds.
- Turn on your PC normally. When you see the spinning circle, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds.
- Repeat this process three times. This will take you to the recovery menu.
