Why is my processor constantly working at 100% while playing Call of Duty Warzone?

As of recent i've been struggling when playing Call of Duty Warzone. I've had a few errors that can be seen in the picture on the bottom. When searching for a fix i got recommended to uninstall my current Nvidia driver and download an older one. I've done this through display driver uninstaller and i'm no longer full on crashing with a directx error. However my CPU is now constantly 100% in use while playing COD while my GPU is only at about 50%. Before all of this i never had any issues with either. I've tried numerous things to get my CPU usage down while playing COD but nothing seems to work. During other games i barely use any of my CPU. I'v spent the entire day yesterday trying different things that are supposed to help. I'm looking for any advice or solutions that i can try.

I'm on a intel i5-13400f 13th gen processor. I got a rtx4060ti, 1tb of memory and 32gb ram of ddr4. When checking my temperatures my CPU seemed to peak at around 75 degrees C while my GPU peaked around 65.

    Hi ,

    Use DDU again to install the latest version of the Nvidia GPU. There was a hotfix COD that was released yesterday to fix the lag issues.

    Apparently it fixed it. I updated it this morning and had no problems. I had to reinstall the Nvidia video driver.

    Yes the problem only occurs with the game warzone. During other games or activities i have zero issues.

    And yes i did that. I deinstalled using display driver uninstaller. Then i reinstalled the older driver from when i had zero issues. This fixed the DirectX errors but not the CPU being 100% used. I also tried putting my system to high performance battery and stuff but nothing worked.

    Before this happend i would hover around 40-50% CPU at max and like 50% of my GPU.

    Hi ,

    I apologize, the problem is only occurring with Warzone. Remember, in Season 4 I had a problem that was causing a loss of performance in the CPU and GPU in random matches?

    Did you reinstall the video driver using DDU to clear the previous drivers and cache?
