Hi! I'm Richard, an Independent Advisor just like you. I'm here and ready to help you today!

Your Windows 11 ARM64 device detects your iPhone and related Apple USB devices, but the "Apple Mobile Device Ethernet Adapter" is missing, which is essential for USB tethering. This is likely due to driver compatibility issues, as many Apple drivers are optimized for x86/x64 architecture and may not fully support ARM64.

    Possible solutions include

    1. Using Wi-Fi Hotspot or Bluetooth tethering as alternatives.
    2. Ensuring Windows and iTunes are fully updated.
    3. Manually updating or reinstalling drivers in Device Manager, if the Ethernet adapter becomes available.
    4. Monitoring for official driver updates from Apple or Microsoft that improve ARM64 support.

Currently, USB tethering on ARM64 Windows devices can be limited, and using alternative methods might be the most practical workaround.

    Hope this helps!
