    Hello,

Welcome to the Microsoft Community Forum. Please accept our warmest regards and sincerest hope that all is well despite the situation you find yourself in.

That sounds frustrating, but let's try to troubleshoot step by step to figure out what's going wrong with your Logitech speakers.

    Basic Checks

    1. Verify Power & Connections
      • Ensure the speakers are properly plugged into a power source if they require one.
      • Double-check that the audio cable is fully inserted into the correct port on your PC or device.
    2. Select the Correct Audio Output
      • On Windows, go to Settings → Sound → Output, and make sure your Logitech speakers are selected as the playback device.
      • On Mac, go to System Settings → Sound → Output, and verify the correct output is chosen.
    3. Check Volume & Mute Settings
      • Make sure the volume isn’t turned all the way down on both the speakers and your device.
      • Some Logitech speakers have a mute button—confirm it’s not activated.

    Software & Driver Troubleshooting

    1. Restart Your Device
      • Sometimes, a simple restart can fix sound issues.
    2. Test with Another Device
      • Try plugging the speakers into a different device (like a phone or another computer) to see if they work.
      • If they do, the issue is likely with your computer settings.
    3. Update Audio Drivers
      • On Windows, right-click the Start Menu → Device Manager → Sound, Video & Game Controllers.
      • Find your sound device, right-click, and select Update Driver.
    4. Check Audio Enhancements
      • On Windows, right-click the Speaker iconSound Settings → Advanced Sound Options → Disable Audio Enhancements.
    5. Try a Different Port or Cable
      • If using wired speakers, try a different audio jack. If Bluetooth, ensure no interference is blocking the signal.

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards,
