Most of the Windows ISO direct links are gone as of today. Also, it's a good practice to download it this way, since new ISOs are released from time to time with all the updates already included.

Let me know if this worked finally!

    Hi,

    Ok I understand.

I think it will work. I'm using Hyper-V but haven't tried to use it with the Media Creation Tool. I accidentally managed to delete the Windows 11 ISO I had previously downloaded.

    Hi Eirik,

This error means your IP or account has been flagged on the ISO download endpoint and it won't clear itself automatically. It isn't a transient glitch that resets after a few hours.

To work around it, use the official Media Creation Tool instead of the direct ISO link. Go to the Microsoft Software Download page for Windows 11, find "Create Windows 11 installation media", click Download tool now.

    Does this work?
