how do I setup Quantum Resonance Magnetic Analyzer 2023

I am trying to install my Quantum Resonance Magnetic Analyzer 2023 but unable to find set up.exe or install.exe

    I have bought a Quantum Resonance Magnetic Analyzer and they do not send me the software.

    Please send me the software via link
