Intune and AutoPilot

We are planning to implement Autopilot and Intune Management for our Retail devices(5000+ Devices), which are shared among other employees.

What is the best approach for this? Like do we need an E3 Account an F3, or A DEM account? And we don't want employees to use their email to drive the autopilot and to be registered in Intune. Since We will provide them a separate account for Intune and Autopilot Management.

    Hi,

I hope you are doing well!. I'm Jhun, an independent advisor. Please let me assist you. For licensing, for Retail workers, you may want to choose Microsoft 365 F3, it's usually the most cost-effective, it includes Intune and essential services. But if you need full desktop office apps or advanced security features, you may consider Microsoft 365 E3.

That's only my suggestion, but I suggest to contact Microsoft licensing specialists directly, so that they can walk you through and provide better options and help you choose plans that will best fits your need.

    Best regards,

    Jhun
