Microsoft rewards roblox gift card stuck on "in progress"

My microsoft rewards roblox giftcard has been stuck "in progress" for over 8 hours now, before this happen my order got randomly declined and I order a 400 robux giftcard but for the past gift cards never of this really ever happen. I've contacted the support for microsoft rewards but they still haven't reply and I really don't know what to do anymore.

    This Could Be Occurring

    Fraud Check or System Delay

    Microsoft occasionally flags accounts for suspicious activity and holds up reward processing (even if all is valid).

    Gift Card Inventory Problems

    If multiple users all redeem the same item at the same time (i.e., 400 Robux cards), it may temporarily become stuck due to availability or regional backlog.

    Account Status or Region Mismatch

    If your Microsoft account country is not the same as the region you're attempting to access it from (or even using a VPN), this can initiate delays or failed redemptions.

    What To Do Next

    1. Double-Check Your Orders Page

    Visit: https://rewards.microsoft.com/redeem/orderhistory

    Check your gift card for "In progress" or "Delivered" (with a code).

    If it has been stuck for over 24 hours, that is unusual.

    Microsoft technically says electronic rewards can take up to 24 hours to complete. If already over 24 hours, proceed to the next step.
