Hi all! I got lucky with this one. I am so picky when it comes to the order of things. I have a 2019 Samsung laptop i7 I believe, and I got it about a year ago in 2024. I decided to use it for one of my companies and reset the computer, but when I reset it, something happened that didn't make me feel 100% about it being, "fresh". So, when I started the computer, I decided to restart it again and it said this, "There was a problem when resetting your PC. No changes were made." It literally almost drove me crazy that I wanted to sell the computer but for what? I decided while I go to work to let it run all the updates because why not? I tried running a few command prompts as an administrator, tried rebooting it in safety mode to reset it from there but to no avail, and lo and behold! When I got home and ran all the updates, I was able to reset it again! I believe that if you tried resetting it once, it has no new updates so there's nothing really to reset from my experiences, after the updates and the computer clearing its "webs", its fresher and yeah, I was surprisingly able to upgrade to Windows 11 for free, I guess the laptop originally had Windows 10. So cool! I hope this works out for you, try updating it, reset it again, let all the updates complete and best of luck!
